Teatime! Dandelions make the perfect addition to my favorite refreshing beverage

As I rummaged through my pantry for empty jars, a beam of light in a dark corner revealed a jar of delightful dandelion jam. Despite its runny consistency, I ventured to stir it into my tea. The outcome was a joyous surprise—it tasted like a sip of spring!

Ingredients:

- Great Value Organic Ginger and Turmeric Tea (Two Bags)

- 32 oz. jar of cold water

- 1/2 cup of almond milk

- Pinch of cinnamon

- 2-4 tablespoons of dandelion jelly (honey can also be used)

Directions:

Place two tea bags in your jar of water and place it in the fridge overnight (or for two to three hours). If you like the tea stronger, add one more bag.

Fill two 16 oz. jars two-thirds full of ice.

Pour almond milk over the ice, then add the tea, cinnamon, and dandelion jelly. Stir well and enjoy!

Serves 1-2 people.
