Ingredients:
Wagon wheel pasta 8 oz
1/3 cup powdered milk
One packet of Ranch taco seasoning
One can of Rotel
2 -3 cups beef broth
1 pound ground beef or turkey
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Brown ground hamburger or turkey.
2. Add 2 cups of broth, eight oz wagon wheel pasta, 1/3 cup powdered milk, ranch taco seasoning, and one can of Rotel.
3. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until pasta attains your desired doneness.
4. Add two cups of shredded cheese to melt and mix.
Serve hot!
Serves 4-6 people.
