Ingredients and Supplies:
4-6 cups raspberries (frozen or fresh)
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Parchment paper and sheet pans
Directions:
Set the dehydrator to 140 degrees. Place all the berries in a pan and smash them into a liquid as they boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Add one tablespoon of honey and lemon juice to the raspberry juice.
Pour a layer of the raspberry mixture onto a parchment paper-lined sheet pan. The thickness should be around 1/4 an inch.
Place the pans into the dehydrator and set a timer for about 8 hours. Fruit leather takes anywhere from 8-16 hours. After 8 hours, begin checking your leather every hour. You'll know when the fruit leather is done when the surface is dry to the touch. The fruit should not be sticky.
